Discussions regarding the potential establishment of a management structure similar to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) remain ongoing. Following the arrest of Serdar Turhan, Chairman of Pusula Yatırım Holding—the majority shareholder of Katılımevim and Birevim—and the seizure of assets belonging to him and other executives, the BDDK is implementing sweeping new regulations effective October 1.
