Judge Augusto Ventura of the TJ-GO mandated these minimum operational levels, noting that failure to comply subjects the Sintego union to a daily fine of R$ 5,000, with potential total penalties reaching R$ 100,000. The administration stated that negotiations have ended, claiming the movement has become influenced by “political-electoral interests.” As the strike entered its 13th day, services were disrupted, including the total paralysis of six Municipal Early Childhood Education Centers (Cmeis). While the city previously proposed a salary floor increase for Level I to R$ 1,640 with progressive adjustments through 2030, workers rejected the offer due to the long implementation period. The city subsequently withdrew the proposal, stating negotiation possibilities within financial limits have been exhausted.
