Supported by a 1.28 billion won supplementary budget, subsidies range from 9.8 million won for passenger cars to 19.5 million won for vans. Applicants must be residents for at least 60 days or local business entities, with additional support available for taxi operators, youth, multi-child families, and low-income households. On October 15, the city will launch a new standalone mobile application for the ‘Climate Volunteer Carbon Savings Bank’ to replace its previous web-based system.
