Honda Super-ONE EV market rollout

In late July 2026 Honda began releasing its new Super‑ONE electric hatchback across the Asia‑Pacific region. The first shipment arrived in New Zealand ahead of a 1 August retail launch, with a limited roadshow and fewer than 50 vehicles slated for delivery in 2026 and larger volumes expected in 2027. Honda also announced that the model will debut in Indonesia at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show and will shortly enter the Vietnamese market, marking Vietnam as the second Southeast Asian market to receive the vehicle.

A few days later, a pricing leak for the Australian market surfaced online, showing a drive‑away price of AU$38,900 for the base grade and AU$39,400 for a two‑tone version. The leaked configurator details highlighted features such as Magic Seats, adaptive cruise control, Boost mode, and a Bose sound system. Honda has not confirmed the figures, and the leak came ahead of the vehicle’s scheduled Australian showroom debut in the second half of 2026. The pricing positions the Super‑ONE slightly above the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and just under the Hyundai Ioniq 6, while remaining higher than the BYD Atto 1, Australia’s cheapest EV.
