Dan Fachner, president and CEO of J&J Snack Foods, stated that the new annual tradition is a way to thank fans for making the brand part of their memories. The celebration also includes a social media giveaway where participants can enter to win prizes, such as an at-home ICEE machine, by sharing photos using the hashtag #NID2026.
