AI‑focused companies captured the bulk of the capital, securing about $93 million in three rounds, highlighted by Freehand’s $75 million Series A for its AI application‑layer platform, Arboreal Bioinnovations’ $24 million Series A, and Smallest.ai’s $13 million Series A. Omnivore was the only investor active in multiple deals, backing Arboreal Bioinnovations and Sid’s Farm’s $8.5 million pre‑Series B round. Other funded firms spanned quick‑commerce, electric‑vehicle mobility and real‑estate tech. The data underline a tightening venture‑capital environment that now favours larger, late‑stage and AI‑centric transactions, while SME IPO activity remains robust.
