Iron Maiden 50th anniversary events and tour in Brazil

Overview

To celebrate the band’s 50th anniversary in 2026, Iron Maiden is launching its first official brand store in Brazil, titled ‘Eddie’s Emporium Experience Store’. The pop-up location is set to open on October 9 at Shopping West Plaza in São Paulo, offering exclusive merchandise and collector items until November 1. This 200 m² immersive space includes historical exhibits, interactive attractions like a themed escape truck, a musical showcase in partnership with Fender, and themed beers from the Bodebrown brewery. The store is a collaboration between Brand House, BandUP!, and Piticas, featuring a collection of ten new artworks that reinterpret classic album covers with Brazilian elements. In conjunction with the store, a ‘Iron Maiden Week’ will take place from October 7 to October 12, featuring themed events and ticket giveaways at venues such as Manifesto Bar and Galeria do Rock. The band is also hosting its first official global race, ‘Run For Your Lives’, in São Paulo. On October 10, approximately 5,000 participants joined the inaugural event in the historic center of São Paulo, which included a 5 km race, a 2.5 km walk, and a children's race. Organizers Indice Sports MKT have announced the next edition will be held in Curitiba in December. The band is performing as part of the ‘Run For Your Lives World Tour’, with a setlist focused on their first nine albums. Scheduled shows include São Paulo at Nubank Parque on October 25 and 27, followed by a performance at Arena da Baixada in Curitiba on October 28, with Alter Bridge serving as the opening act. These performances are expected to be the final shows before a potential hiatus that may last until 2028.
