At New York Fashion Week, Dominican designer Starlin De Holma presented an opulent collection for the Fashion Designers of Latin America 2026, focusing on contemporary men’s bridal fashion. Argentine designer Judith Gómez, creator of the brand Ana Loyarte, is also expanding her reach; following a New York presentation, she is scheduled to participate in Luxembourg Fashion Week on October 17 with her ‘SILENCIO’ collection, which explores the dialogue between lingerie, corsetry, and tailoring.

Mexican designers are also gaining recognition for blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Laura Segundo González’s ‘Raíces Eternas’ project is set for exhibition at the La Fête des Morts à Paris festival. In Sonora, Jimena Elías won the Diseño Promesas México 2026 competition for ‘Los Bailadores,’ which has been selected for exhibition at Milano Design Week 2025.
