Professor Andrzejewski suggested replacing the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) with a 1.5% turnover tax and proposed the annual indexation of tax thresholds. To support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), PiS recommended suspending the mandatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF) for two to three years to allow for voluntary adoption. Additional proposals include lowering dividend taxes for individuals and introducing one-time investment depreciation. Andrzejewski estimated the total cost of these measures could reach approximately 50 billion PLN.
