Bookings for the XUV 3XO ZNG were scheduled to begin on October 20, 2026. The vehicle enters a competitive market against the Tata Nexon iCNG, which offers 321 litres of boot space and a wider range of top-spec trim options, and the Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG, which has a lower starting price of ₹9.40 lakh. While the Mahindra model offers higher power than the Brezza, it faces a well-established competitor in the Tata Nexon.
