Microsoft evolves Copilot into a work operating system

Additionally, Copilot can generate HTML-formatted reports from SharePoint content, which can be placed directly into email bodies. To maintain security, sending these emails is classified as a sensitive action requiring explicit user approval after a preview. Other SharePoint updates include the ability to restore earlier file versions, use plugins to connect with business systems, and utilize Copilot Credits for advanced features like site analytics and image generation.
