Between January 2023 and April 2026, the entity incurred losses due to excessive tax payments and an unjustified fine paid to Sunat, while also facing a pending tax debt of S/ 102,125.00.

In the Dominican Republic, an audit of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Mescyt) revealed outstanding debts to suppliers totaling 737,867,195.22 pesos as of late 2023. These arrears, some dating back to 2018, primarily involve national and international scholarship programs.

In Spain, the Diputación de Valencia suspended a selection process for seven mechanic-driver positions due to suspected irregularities regarding unusually high exam scores.
