In preparation for the race, the Achaia Police Directorate announced extensive traffic restrictions and parking prohibitions to ensure athlete safety. Significant road closures and public transport modifications were scheduled to occur between 16:00 and 21:30.

Following the competition, results were recorded for the various categories. In the 21.1 km half marathon, Charalampos Pitsiolis of GAS Ilissos won the men's category with a time of 1:07:27, while Eirini Tsoupaki of G.S. Amarousiou took first place in the women's category with a time of 1:17:21. In the 5 km race, Andreas Georgiou won the men's division in 14:59, and Iouliana Roussou won the women's division in 17:10.
