The prosecution is reviewing approximately 340 pages of digital forensics from Jenkinson’s phone, which include searches for “Andrew’s Norfolk Security” and “Prince Andrew birthday.” The defence has questioned the relevance of these searches, and the judge has given prosecutors until 15 September to decide if the evidence will be admitted.

Jenkinson remains on conditional bail, prohibited from approaching Mountbatten-Windsor or entering Norfolk. Security measures around the former prince have been substantially increased following the incident.
