Led by Gustavo Miranda, the coalition includes individuals with backgrounds in the PAN, MC, PRI, and the former PRD, though they are presenting themselves as “citizens.” In a document titled “Declaration of Liberty” issued from Playa del Carmen, the group expressed concerns regarding corruption, insecurity, and the imposition of outside governors, aiming to promote self-governance.
