Regarding the reunion, Channing noted that working with the original cast felt seamless, stating, “We're back like we had never left each other, which is kind of extraordinary.” She specifically highlighted her long-standing chemistry with Dianne Wiest, describing their collaboration as “silk off a spool.” The film is scheduled for release in September 2026.
