Following the reopening, the circuit hosted massive crowds ranging from 20,000 to over 40,000 spectators. In the TC Pick Up category, Hernán Palazzo secured his first victory in 40 races driving a Toyota Hilux after an intense battle with local driver Diego Ciantini, while Antonino Sganga claimed victory in the TC Pista Pick Up category. The Turismo Special de la Costa also returned to the circuit with 18 vehicles.

In a broader development for Argentine motorsport, the Autódromo Oscar y Juan Gálvez in Buenos Aires is also undergoing major renovations, which are currently over 60% complete. This modernization project aims to meet international standards and includes a new track configuration, such as a new hairpin, designed to potentially host Formula 1. Additionally, MotoGP has officially confirmed its return to the Gálvez circuit for the Argentine Grand Prix, scheduled for April 9 to 11, 2027, marking the championship’s return to the city after 28 years.
