In Baja California Sur, domestic violence investigations increased by approximately 9.2% compared to the same period in 2025. Data from the Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública (SESNSP) shows 2,103 investigation files were opened, with Los Cabos and La Paz accounting for roughly 89% of the state’s total.
