The film is produced by Venkat K Narayana under KVN Productions and Thespian Films. As part of the film's promotion, Zee Music Company has released the title track, ‘Main Toh Nahi Haiwaan’. Composed by Pritam and sung by Raghav Chaitanya, the song features Kumar, Khan, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Saiyami Kher. In discussing the promotional song, Khan noted that his character’s white attire, designed by Komal Shahani, represents light to contrast with the darkness represented by Kumar’s character.
