On 29 July the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office formally charged Doda with violating article 130 of Poland’s Pharmaceutical Law. Prosecutors allege that X posts between 7 May and 3 June 2025 promoted the supplements Doda D’eau Mega Colostrum and Doda D’eau Foods Hashi Gummies as treatments for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and other thyroid disorders, despite lacking legal medicinal approval. The charge carries a fine of 10–540 daily‑rate units (potentially up to about 1 million PLN) and up to five years’ imprisonment.
