Feyenoord is identifying dozens of individuals who may face stadium bans, matching camera footage to issue local bans and report offenders to the KNVB for potential national bans. Sanctions are expected to target both those who threw fireworks and those found to be complicit. As a precautionary measure during the ongoing investigation, the mayor of Leeuwarden decided to bar FC Twente fans from attending the upcoming match. SC Cambuur is also implementing extra security measures and providing aftercare for victims, including meetings with the Mayor of Leeuwarden.
