Following the release of Dxomark sample images, early observations of the Pixel 11 Pro suggest a “slight improvement in the watercolor effect” previously observed in 12MP photos. However, some users have noted a lack of significant dynamic changes despite the hardware sensor update. With the launch of the Pixel 11 series and Pixel Camera v11.0, Google introduced ‘Magic Capture’. This AI-driven feature, powered by Gemini, analyzes real-time video to automatically identify and save high-quality 12MP still images of key moments. On Pro models, users can utilize Video Boost to record these sessions in 4K 10-bit HDR, though standard resolution is capped at 1080p.
