The regulations streamline administrative procedures by allowing photovoltaic panels on both roofs and building enclosures. Notably, households no longer need to register as business entities to sell surplus electricity. While sales are typically capped at 50 percent of total output, the decree allows parties to negotiate rates for surplus electricity exceeding this threshold through 2030. These measures align with a national goal of having 50 percent of households utilizing solar power by 2030.
