By late August 2026, Guanajuato’s “¡Sí Sabe!” gastronomic season had concluded, though harvest celebrations remained ongoing through October. As of mid-September, the Vendimias Guanajuato 2026 season has reached its midpoint. Of the sixteen scheduled enotourism experiences, eight have been completed, with the remaining eight set for September and October. These events aim to support local economies through the Guanajuato SUMA strategy. Upcoming highlights include the ‘Arte y Vino’ Festival at Viñedo San Bernardino on 19 September and the IX Fiesta de la Vendimia at Viñedo Los Arcángeles on 26 September. October celebrations are expected at Viña del Cielo and the UTSMA University Harvest Festival in San Miguel de Allende.

Parallel grape harvest and wine festivals are also being held in Spain. Valdepeñas has inaugurated its 73rd Grape Harvest and Wine Festival, featuring over 150 activities through 8 September, while Yecla is preparing for festivities from 4 to 6 September focusing on the Monastrell grape variety.
