A Pollster Institute study shows 58% of respondents oppose transferring additional Patriot missile systems to Ukraine, citing concerns over Poland’s own air defense capabilities following a recent incident where a Russian missile entered Polish airspace.

In response to regional tensions, NATO has increased military activity in Polish airspace. Amidst these tensions, 77.8% of Polish respondents believe the country should provide assistance to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia in the event of a Russian attack, a sentiment supported by 83% of ruling coalition voters. Additionally, reports indicate Poland has become a primary target for Russian hybrid warfare, including cyberattacks and acts of sabotage, such as the May 2024 warehouse fire in Warsaw and a November 2025 attempt to sabotage strategic railway tracks.
