As part of the transaction, Porsche and TCS have established a five-year strategic partnership valued at €1.25 billion. This collaboration includes the creation of an ‘AI Mobility Centre of Excellence’ to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence across Porsche’s value chain, including manufacturing, engineering, operations, and customer experience. Dr. Michael Leiters, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche AG, stated that the move combines Porsche’s automotive expertise with TCS’s digital and AI capabilities to increase efficiency and competitiveness. While MHP transitions to TCS, it will continue to serve as a key digital partner for Porsche to support its ongoing digital transformation.
