To address technical requirements, the procurement of new elevators has been initiated. On September 11, 2026, the legal consequences of the fire progressed as the Tuzla Cantonal Prosecutor's Office issued an indictment against seven individuals. The accused include former director Mirsad Bakalović, former officials, a fire safety officer, and three professionals from the firm Inproz Tuzla. On October 8, 2026, the Cantonal Court in Tuzla confirmed the indictment.
