Casualties rose by 4.6% to 1,508 individuals. Tirana continued to record the highest volume, accounting for approximately 37% of the national total with 401 cases. While Durrës saw a significant increase, other regions including Shkodër, Dibër, Berat, and Korçë reported a decrease in accident numbers. In September, 90.7% of the 107 recorded accidents were caused by driver behavior, with the 0–24 age group being the most affected demographic.
