Eligibility requires a monthly per capita income of up to half a minimum wage and an updated CadÚnico registration from within the last 24 months. The program prioritizes Bolsa Família beneficiaries with at least two members. Refill frequency is structured by household composition: families with up to three members receive four refills per year (every three months), while families with four or more members receive six refills per year (every two months). Vouchers may be suspended if there are discrepancies in CadÚnico data or issues with the head of household’s CPF at the Federal Revenue Service. Beneficiaries can redeem the subsidy using a Bolsa Família chip card, a Caixa debit card, or a CPF with a validation code sent via SMS.
