The announcement of the series was part of a broader Netflix animation slate update that included several other highly anticipated titles. In its October 2026 lineup, Netflix has also scheduled ‘The Ramparts of Ice 2’ for October 1, ‘Blue Box 2’ for October 4, and three special episodes of ‘My Happy Marriage’ for October 25.
