Legal proceedings have reached a significant milestone as a fast-track court at Tis Hazari has officially framed charges against Kuldeep and Sandeep. The accused face charges including rape, kidnapping of a minor, and violations of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Forensic evidence, including DNA samples from the accused matching hair and semen recovered from the victim’s clothing and the vehicle, has been cited as conclusive support for the allegations. Special Judge (POCSO) Sonam Gupta has scheduled the trial to commence on October 24, with the matter listed for prosecution evidence.
