Gabon is undergoing significant institutional restructuring across its judicial and diplomatic sectors.

In the judicial branch, the Supreme Council of the Magistracy, led by Head of State Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, has implemented a major reshuffle of judicial, administrative, and financial benches. Key appointments include André Wora Alonda at the head of the Court of Cassation and Pamphile Moussavou Ibouanga at the Court of Auditors. This reorganization follows a disciplinary council in August that resulted in sanctions or removals for ten magistrates.
