Following these findings, Bennett L. Gershman, a law professor at Pace University, called for the International Criminal Court to charge Donald Trump with war crimes. Gershman cited Trump’s rhetoric at the UN General Assembly, where he expressed intentions to destroy Iran, as aligning with the documented realities of the strikes.
