In Hungary, industry experts note that PDRN supports collagen production and skin regeneration, making it a viable component for anti-aging formulations. Further developments highlight that PDRN, often extracted from salmon sperm, is becoming a popular ingredient in aesthetic treatments. Unlike traditional fillers, these PDRN-based treatments aim for natural rejuvenation by activating fibroblasts to reduce sagging and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, thereby improving skin texture and repairing damage from sun exposure and aging.

Recent industry shifts indicate a move toward regenerative care, where PDRN is increasingly integrated into consumer-facing products like serums, creams, and masks, moving beyond its primary use in aesthetic medicine. This trend is being bolstered by the emergence of exosomes, which act as messengers for intercellular communication.
