She also accused a former official in Thessaloniki of soliciting 20 euro payments from citizens under her name for political gatherings. Following these tensions, Thanasis Avgerinos refuted Karystianou’s allegations of a ‘coup attempt,’ questioning the logic of such claims given he was entrusted with presenting the movement’s founding declaration.
