The launch highlighted a Torsen multi‑disc locking differential, lowered chassis, upgraded suspension, four‑piston front brakes and bespoke 18‑inch alloy wheels. A new "Yes, of Corsa" campaign, featuring a roller‑coaster‑style test track and the slogan "The Opel Corsa – Made for Fun!", was rolled out. Opel confirmed plans to bring the vehicle to market before year‑end, though battery capacity, charging power and final pricing remain undisclosed.

The Corsa GSE was first presented in May 2026 and will make its inaugural public appearance in Poland at Energylandia amusement park from 1‑14 August 2026, in a dedicated “Corsa Made for Fun” zone. Opel has not announced test‑drive opportunities, as the model awaits final homologation.
