The process moves to an endorsement collection phase between September 9 and September 16, followed by an internal campaign and a vote scheduled for September 26, with a potential second round on October 3. In Andalusia, the party has finalized the designation of 48 mayoral candidates. Following a meeting of the Regional Ethics Commission, the party has opted for direct designation in several major cities to avoid internal disputes, aligning with requests from Secretary General María Jesús Montero to minimize primary elections. In the capital cities of Seville, Granada, Cádiz, and Málaga, no primaries will be held as only one candidate was presented for each. In Seville, Antonio Muñoz Martínez will run without opposition.
