At the end of July, Bursa Uludağ University introduced a 3+1 IME model for associate‑degree programmes, pairing three semesters of theoretical study with a fourth semester of full‑time work placement. The university secured partnerships with over 400 companies, with state‑subsidised insurance and partial wage contributions, further linking vocational training to industry needs.
