As the season approaches its conclusion, preparations are intensifying for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit, scheduled for December 4 to 6. While Etihad Airways continues its involvement, analysts have raised questions regarding regional tensions and the impact of security considerations on races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

In Germany, the broadcasting landscape is evolving. RTL is expected to continue airing select races on free-to-air television in 2026. This follows RTL’s June 2025 announcement regarding a potential 150 million euro acquisition of Sky Deutschland, a move that has undergone review by the European Commission.
