In late July 2026, Universal Music Group and Apple Corps announced that the Beatles’ 1965 album Rubber Soul will be reissued on 2 October in multiple formats, including standard CD/LP, double‑CD/LP sets and a Super Deluxe box containing four CDs and five LPs. Producer Giles Martin and engineer Sam Okell created new stereo and Dolby Atmos mixes from the original four‑track tapes using de‑mix technology, while the original mono master and the 1965 Capitol US version are also included. A key highlight is the previously unreleased John Lennon demo “Little Girl,” discovered in Lennon's archive and added to the Super Deluxe edition. The collection is accompanied by an 88‑page hardbound book featuring a Paul McCartney introduction and Lennon‑sourced foreword, as well as numerous outtakes, home demos and session recordings.
