European Researchers' Night scientific events

Overview

The 17th European Researchers' Night is scheduled for September 25, 2026, featuring various scientific engagement activities across several European countries.

In Spain, the University of Alicante will host more than 80 activities, including workshops on robotics, geopolitics, and crime investigation. Additionally, the Centre d’Estudis Avançats de Blanes (CEAB-CSIC) will hold sessions themed ‘Knowledge at the service of nature’ to discuss ecosystem conservation.

In Serbia, preparatory workshops are set to begin on September 21 in cities such as Niš, Leskovac, and Novi Sad, covering topics from ecological investigations to exhibitions on Nicolaus Copernicus. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the event will span 13 cities with over 80 activities. These initiatives are supported by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions under the Horizon Europe program.
