To mitigate “social jetlag” and insomnia, specialists recommend behavioral interventions. These include maintaining consistent schedules, optimizing bedroom temperatures (between 16 and 19°C), limiting afternoon caffeine, and managing digital activity to avoid endless scrolling while preventing anxiety over occasional poor sleep.
