Municipalities in Argentina, Spain, and Mexico continue to expand community-focused initiatives targeting youth engagement, professional development, and mental health.

In Spain, programming has diversified into cultural and recreational activities. Recent efforts include gaming tournaments in Cúllar Vega, a summer farewell party in Alhaurín de la Tore, and the Farkoparty festival in Tarancón. Artistic engagement is also being prioritized through mural painting workshops for teenagers in Salamanca and jazz festivals in L’Alfàs del Pi.

Argentina has seen a significant focus on social welfare and specialized training. In Bariloche, art workshops are being used to provide emotional support for adolescents, while Mendoza has introduced sexual education events for students. Mental health initiatives have gained substantial traction, notably in Río Grande, where suicide prevention courses attracted over 2,000 registrants, alongside community talks in Concepción del Uruguay.

Professional and entrepreneurial support remains a core pillar. Salta continues to decentralize employment services through CV and interview training, and regional programs maintain a focus on entrepreneurship workshops for women. In Neuquén, the government is promoting a dedicated month of youth activities, featuring vocational guidance, AI workshops, and entrepreneurship meetings such as the Núcleo encounter.

In Mexico, cognitive skill development continues through the provision of chess classes in Kanasín.
