In Cau Giay Park, the Hanoi Firefighting and Rescue Police, alongside local ward committees, hosted a program for approximately 1,000 students and workers. Participants engaged in hands-on training with portable extinguishers and navigated simulated smoke-filled environments, learning specific protocols such as the “calm – alarm – cut power – extinguish – escape” method. Expanding these efforts, authorities conducted specialized drills for over 3,000 students, teachers, and staff at Archimedes Dong Anh School, focusing on fire escape techniques and smoke inhalation management.
