Regarding retirement modalities, voluntary early retirement at age 63 remains an option for 2026 for those with at least 38 years and 3 months of contributions. Additionally, approximately 50,000 workers with a disability degree of 45% or higher can retire at age 56 without pension reductions, a category recently expanded to include neurodegenerative pathologies like Parkinson’s disease.
