Vietnam expands paid public holidays

The same period of discussion produced a proposal for a four‑day Culture Day break (21–24 November 2026) and a four‑day National Day holiday in September 2027 (2–5 September). Agencies have been asked to coordinate these schedules and publish the full annual holiday calendar before 30 September of the preceding year to aid planning and reduce congestion.
