Overview

Season 4 launched on 21 July 2026 with the Pacific Front map Tsuru Reef, expanding naval combat with RCB‑90 patrol boats, NSW‑RHIB dinghies and larger RCB‑92 vessels, alongside new weapons such as the BROD‑3, EF88 and VSSM. The update added a new Battle Pass, Twitch Drops and a 60‑minute XP boost code (WELCOMES4), prompting Steam to report over 120 000 concurrent players.

Electronic Arts disclosed stability problems for PC users with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50‑series drivers, which caused crashes on water‑heavy maps. A joint fix with NVIDIA was promised and players were advised to temporarily roll back to driver version 596.49 WHQL.

A further update on 28 July introduced a hidden boat‑respawn feature on Tsuru Reef: deploying a hatch creates a small bridge that serves as a temporary team spawn, but it is highly visible and can be destroyed with just two anti‑armor shots, generating mixed community reactions.

Phase 2 arrived on 18 August, delivering the Top Gun: Maverick crossover (playable F‑14 Tomcat and F‑A‑18 Super Hornet), a rebuilt Wake Island map, carrier‑strike mode, the REDSEC mission, Spectator Mode for REDSEC and Conquest, Frame‑Gen x5/x6 support and a “Titan” mode.

Phase 3, scheduled for 15 September, will close the season with the “Tidal Strike” event, adding a diver’s‑knife melee weapon, new challenges and further refinements to REDSEC’s battle‑royale gameplay. Each rollout includes balance tweaks and quality‑of‑life updates, reinforcing EA’s description of Season 4 as its most ambitious content push yet.
