Overview

The “AnaKainiso” renovation scheme will grant up to €36,000 per household, with the state covering 75 %–95 % of costs. About 77,000 eligibility certificates have been issued; applications for owner‑occupied homes close 31 July, while those for closed houses remain open until 31 August.
