Various cultural, seasonal, and regional events are scheduled across Japan for late 2026.

In Tokyo, Lotte will host the “Yukimi Daifuku Minna de Otsukimi-kai” at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building from September 25 to 27, featuring moon-viewing activities and mochi-pounding. Other cultural activities include an Edo Fire Brigade photography exhibition and an ikebana exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Sogetsu school. In October, Hokusō Railway will host a parent-child driving experience on the 18th, while Seibu Railway offers a late-night photography session at the Seimaru Tunnel Signal Station on October 3–4 and a professional job experience day for children on October 4. Mizushima Rinkai Railway will hold its Railway Day Commemorative Festa on October 25 at Kurashiki Freight Terminal Station. Other scheduled activities include the Tsukuba Express festival on November 3, an IGR Iwate Galaxy Railway symposium and bus tour in November, and various September exhibitions at the Railway Museum in Saitama.
