Looking ahead to the remainder of his legislative term, President Clavijo has identified three primary priorities: the European Union’s multi-annual financial framework, regional financing for essential public services, and the housing crisis. While noting improvements in healthcare and employment, Clavijo emphasized that the housing sector remains a significant challenge due to the long duration between policy adoption and actual construction, alongside the ongoing impact of inflation on family purchasing power.
